CURRENT MINISTRY-2002 And Counting…During a temporary stint at the beginning of the year as replacement boarding home parents at the mission school, it became apparent that due to Joy's degenerative disc/chronic back problem, they could not return to the tribal ministry at Malaumanda. At the same time, an urgent need arose in the mission school's boarding home ministry. Following an appeal from the field leadership, Jeff and Joy decided the Lord had would have them move into the dorm ministry. Fortunately, because of a full personnel team, the work among the people of Malaumanda continues. Barney and Tina Enns, Eric and Judith Hedeen, and Mike and Jen Measley are still present and working in the tribe. At this time, translation of Scripture is in progress, further Bible teaching is underway and Bible teachers are being trained to lead the church.
